Cancellation policy
How to cancel your class: Log into your account and click the class to cancel. We can not process class cancelations via email/text/call.
* Account credit can be used towards apparel items, werkshops, and video series. It can not be used towards membership dues.
We know things come up (hot dates, workin' late, netflix & chillin) so we just ask that you log into your dashboard to cancel your spot.
*CANCELED 7+ DAYS BEFORE FIRST REHEARSAL DATE: Amount paid will be converted into account credit
*CANCELED 1-7 DAYS BEFORE FIRST REHEARSAL DATE: 50% of amount paid will be converted into account credit.
*CANCELED WITHIN 12 HOURS OF FIRST REHEARSAL DATE: 25% of amount paid will be converted into account credit.
NO SHOWS: No Show without Canceling - literally nothing makes us sadder than our Divas ghosting on us for class. If you no show without canceling, you forfeit the amount paid. Sorry not sorry!
